A: It will cost you nothing but a little time for communication with us and interviewing. Our client companies pay us a recruiting fee for finding the right people with the skills that they need.

A: Yes, your job search will only be discussed with you and the potential employers that we find. Each potential position will be discussed with you prior to proceeding with resume presentation. Your resume will also have your complete name and prior employer information removed for further confidentiality.

Q: How long will it take to find me a new position?
A: Successful recruiting and candidate/job matching is a function of timing, skill matching, industry requirements, personalities, aggressive recruiting and some degree of pure luck. We cannot find jobs for everyone and this is why we focus on the more senior experienced JDE people but under normal circumstances, we can find jobs within a couple of months.

A: Our recruiting rates are well below industry standard and we will offer a payment plan for payment of the non-budgeted recruiting expenses that all companies hate to pay. A payment plan allows each organization to utilize and profit from the new hire prior to having to pay for the placement.

Q: As an employer, I need to be sure of the integrity of all recruiting firms that I select to work with, so can you provide any references?
A: Yes, references are available. Upon request from firms that desire to work with us, we will provide a list of companies that we have recruited for in the past.
